A modern, all day bistronomy concept in the heart of Pangrati, where old fashioned values like taste are back in fashion! Take a seat with your fellow fraters and sorors for locavore dishes from our delectable comfort food menu, created with a special twist by the master of cuisine, Dimosthenis Balopoulos and his team.
Wash away your worries with a long list of specially selected gins and do them neat or in the mix - it’s up to you! The only secret handshakes here are done by our cocktail crew, working up excellent combos of fine gins and flavoursome aperitifs. A gintoneria for all tastes, we invite you to become a member of a very exclusive club, where fine gin and fancy food is our pledge!
A kitchen of culinary creation run by award winning chef Dimosthenis Balopoulos puts modern cuisine and bistro-dining back on the table. Starting his career next to Christoforos Peskias at P-Box in Kifisia, he continued his journey at Matsuhisa Athens, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, The Fat Duck in the UK and Maeemo in Norway. His time at the Calypso (Elounda Peninsula Hotel) and Ocean Restaurant (Daios Cove) earned him the Toque d’ Or in 2016 and 2017-2018 respectively. In 2018 he returned to the city to shake up your palate by focussing on regional dishes with international brushstrokes. A low key menu with culinary highs, gastro geeks will discover their new happy place.
Head of the bar is the maestro of liquid magic, Manolis Likiardopoulos, boasting a line up of over 50 gin labels and a list including everything from aperitifs to 8 variations on the classic G&T, not forgetting sublime signature cocktails such as the F&S Negroni - concocted by the team with blend of vermouths and bitters cooked with raspberries and salted chocolate- that’s the spirit! Uncork a Greek or international wine from around 36 labels and make a toast to life, fraternity and sorority in a gintoneria for those who seek perfection in a glass!
